Shipping policy
Domestic U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship orders only to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Duties and Import Fees
Because our orders are shipped domestically within the United States, customers are not responsible for import duties, customs fees, or international brokerage charges. You will not be asked to pay customs duties or import taxes when your order is delivered.
Taxes and Charges at Checkout
Your order total will be displayed before you complete your purchase and may include:
- Product price (includes shipping charges)
- Applicable sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, address issues, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped, where permitted by applicable law.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us, applicable return shipping charges or other non-recoverable carrier costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law and our Return Policy.
Returns
Returns are handled according to our Return Policy.
Because we ship domestically within the United States, there are normally no import duties or customs fees associated with a return.
