Return and refund policy


Iridium Products offered for sale through this Shopify store are sold pursuant to the applicable Iridium Value Added Developer Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms and Conditions”), which are incorporated into and govern each purchase. In the event of any conflict between this Return and Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will control. 


All Sales Are Final 

All sales of Iridium Products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and no refunds will be issued, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law. 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 


U.S.-Only Sales and Shipping 

Iridium Products purchased through this Shopify store are available for sale and shipment only within the United States. 

If the purchaser is located outside the United States, or if the purchaser requests shipment to an address outside the United States: 

  • the transaction will not be accepted or completed; 

  • any payment authorization or payment received in connection with the order will be voided or reversed, as applicable; and 

  • no sale will be deemed to have occurred. 


Governing Terms
